Effective upon agency application submission
This Referral Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Agency.Direct, operated by Only Good LLC (“Agency.Direct”), and the agency submitting this application (“Agency”).
When Agency.Direct introduces a brand client ("Client") to Agency, and Agency enters into any paid engagement, contract, retainer, or project with that Client, Agency agrees to pay Agency.Direct a referral fee equal to 15% of all gross revenue collected from that Client.
The 15% referral fee applies to all revenue collected from the introduced Client for a period of 24 months from the date of first introduction, regardless of project type or scope.
Referral fees are due within 5 business days of Agency receiving payment from the Client. Agency.Direct will invoice Agency upon notification of Client payment.
Agency agrees not to circumvent Agency.Direct by moving introduced Clients outside the referral relationship to avoid fees. This includes introducing the Client to sister companies, partners, or third parties to avoid payment.
Agency agrees to provide reasonable invoice records, payment confirmations, or project status updates upon Agency.Direct request to verify referral fees owed.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
By submitting an application to Agency.Direct, Agency agrees to be bound by this Referral Agreement in its entirety.
